I loved the central location. It made walking to local shops easy. the free large car park was very useful, as i had a car. i enjoyed visiting the barwith a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. the room was clean. The breakfast was tasty, with ample cooked-to-order options.
The receptionist was a little terse when i arrived early. It could have been more cute

The location is great for accessing nearby shops and the train station. The hotel is right next to the high street (perfect for a stroll).
The receptionist was not very cute upon arrival. I tried to book dinner earlier this year, only to be told it was not possible (I was a bit disappointed).

the staff was friendly and helpful. my room was a good size , as was the bathroom , and both had everything i needed. the location is ideal , directly opposite the train station.
the room was really stuffy and tiny , i felt quite confined. parking was limited because there was an ongoing wedding , it was difficult to find a spot.

This hotel has parking. i found the location convenient. the restaurant offered nice scottish meals. i enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The variety was great. in the evening, a bagpiper played outside for a half hour. the sound was festive.
the room was slightly small for my preference, but it was manageable.
